Dear myLotters... It is Sunday afternoon here... The weekend has come to an end... We'll have to get up early tomorrow morning and go to the office... Friday night's sleep... Saturday night's party... And again complete rest on Sunday... All is over... From tomorrow, for the entire week till friday, we have office and a lot of work... how does it feel??? Do you feel fresh that tomorrow you are going back to work? Or are you feeling stupid, 'oh the weekend is over so early'? I feel both.. I love to work, so I am quite excited... But I know, I'll have to get up early and there'll be a little rest for next 5 days, so feel quite irritated too... What is going on in your mind about weekend? How do you feel about it? Please share...

Now, since I don't have a paying job week ends are like every other day for me. I feel like Monday is tomorrow and I can go to town and get a few things I can't today. I have finished in the garage and we got a wire screen over the crawl hole under the house. A major accomplishment ! So, I am sorry you have to go to work but you can't eat if you don't work !

Hi Quita... Thanks for sharing... It is good to be busy at home or wherever we are... I appreciate that even after retiring you keep yourself busy with things in the house.. that will keep you healthy and mentally sound... Keep it up...

Hi Quita... I am sorry, didn't wish to offend you by calling you 'retired'. But if you have had heart attacks, then as your friend I would suggest don't look for work now... Stay at home and do the household things... In one of the discussions you have said that you go for a walk too.. And you have grandkids too... Life seems to be going wonderful for you... I agree with you that being busy is the key to 'not being old'... You can be busy at home.. I am 27 now... And for me, one can get old when one's mind feel tired... As long as one's mind is fresh and energetic, there is no question of being old... Am I right???

Hello Sarah... It is great to see someone so devoted to work... In one of the replies, it has been quoted, 'Love what you do and you will never have to work for all life..' So very true about you... Have fun!!

My sentiments exactly. You took the words right of my mouth. Given the chance, I prefer to stay at home, be with my kids and earn online. I'm not a workaholic but I look forward to working days because they are money-making days. I have to work to provide good living for my kids because my husband is currently out of work. Whenever I feel that a burn-out is almost at hand, I just recall the very words of International Star Lea Salonga whenever she feels the same: "Love what you do and you will never work another day in your life" Believe it or not, it works. I guess, it is all in the mind on how you view things. Looking at it half-full or half-empty. Everything is up to you. Try it! Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Hiii ATV and Joan... Thanks to both of you for sharing... I totally agree with you... 'Love what you do and you'll never work another day in your life...' wonderful quote atv818... Yes, we have to work and work hard to make money.. I am about to marry this year and that is why I am trying to save as much as i can.. Joan I like the way you put it... You wouldn't waste your free time, but instead would spend it on myLot. this has become my habit too, lately... And I quite enjoy this addiction... :) Have fun!

Hi Joan... I know how hateful it is to wake up early on Monday... I have been experiencing it.. But you know what sometimes I think, what is the point in being disappointed? Whether I feel sad or I am glad, I am going to have to work.. So I relax and try to enjoy my work... It works wonderfully sometimes... You should try it too... Have fun!

Hey there..feels like the weekend is just too short. Before you know it, its over!! How I wish weekends were longer. Man, I hate work, being doing the same thing for close to 3years now so don't fancy going to work on a Monday morning or rather Monday afternoon(I start at 1.30)!! Come Monday and I'm already waiting for Friday for the weekend , for my two days of relaxing and not working!! Just feel like I need a long long vacation with no work for atleast a month!!!

Hello Friend... Well, I agree with you that weekend gets over so rapidly that on Sunday evening one asks one's self, 'oh is it really over?' The prospect of waking up early on Monday for work is quite troublesome to me. My job starts at 7.00 am. I must get up at 5.15 am and get ready by 6 am. Thankfully, we're provided with company cabs, so it saves a lot of trouble... I will also be thinking about Friday when I go to work tomorrow... Thanks for sharing... Have a great time!

Its still vacation here in the Philippines since tomorrow will be our election day. But I really hates Mondays when there is work. I love my work but its really hard to wake up on a Monday after a much needed rest on weekends.

Wow!! You have got a OFF on Monday... this has been my most wanted dream since I started going to school... I always disliked Mondays for they marked the beginning of the week.. As a kid, I always disliked going to school, so I hated mondays.. Like you I too always find it hard to wake up on Monday to go to work... You're mighty lucky to get an OFF tomorrow... Have more fun...
