Why do we feel them? They definitely don't do good to anyone. I mean, can we just feel happiness all the time? It's like when we feel frustrated and depressed it's like the end of the world. How can we overcome them?

You can't appreciate Happiness if you don't feel sad. Emotions are what separates us from the rest, without it were nothing.

Hi,hunterkim, good day! Thanks for your topic. We hate negative feelings like frustated and depressed. But mostly, such negative feelings can generate positive resaults. It all depends on what we think and what we do. It makes us feel like sick and evrything is dark.If we stop moving and just indulge in such bad situations, everything gonna be worse. Take a deep breath,be confident and find the real resaults of such bad feelings,do some right change. You will get better and stronger. Before I read some comments of a friend,he writes like clam sea never make good sailors, clean sky never make excellent pilot...If our life is all happy memories, there couldn't be so many brilliant people. And we will never know what is happy feeling really is.So cherish the moment when you are happy, but also be strong when you are in frustration and depression.

I believe the reason why we have to experience frustrations and depression, so that we can appreciate happiness and success once we achieve it. We will never appreciate the good things in life if we don't experience the hardship.

Simple answer? We've evolved like it. When the brain senses something's not right it'll respond to it's primal instinct. Frustration kicks in because our primal instinct tells us that in an irritating situation we should fight back. If we were happy all the time we'd let bad situations happen and never respond to them. Emotions are the brains way of telling you to adjust/act on a situation.
