We become dehydrated when the water levels in our body become too low. And it makes our overall appearance unhealthy and ugly, without glow. Anyway here are the benefits of water according to my own experience and from what I've read: 1) Keeps the body cool, especially during summer. Or when suffering from fever. 2) Helps me feel refreshed. 3) Gets rid of toxins. 4) Helps to make my allergies go away faster. 5) It is believed to help in treating UTI (urinary tract infection) here in the place where I live.Another good alternative would be coconut water. 6) Makes my skin look supple, lessen the incidence of dry skin. 7) Drinking very warm water relieves my soar throat, cough, and colds. The list goes on.... :D

well, i guess it is because of that we must take some fluids in order not to dehydrate the organism, because when we are sick, the organism takes all the water and absorbs it. But it is only some suggestion, because I amnot really sure, do I remember it that well!

When you are sick of flu and your body temperature shoots to more than 38 degrees C, the common practice that I do is to drink lot of water, that is until I feel that I have to throw or vomit. This is because drinking water will cool down our body and lowers our body temperature to normal. Repeat the process when your temperature starts to rise again.

ya cause its a common thing to know that when water is supplied to the body it gets the toxins out of the body in the form of urine and sweat. its the most healthy thing you can do while you are sick. even doctors tell you to do it. it also balance the acid- alkaline balance of your body so you can get well sooner than you can imagine. if you drink less water then all the toxic stuff which is causing the sick ness will build up and you might face major problems. try it if you want to you will see what i was trying to tell.

Your name suggests you are a workout freak.A person who does heavy workout or exercise is bound to lose water. To replenish water we have to drink water or similar liquids to avoid being dehydrated. The reason why we have to drink more water when we are unwell is similar to when we workout more i.e to replenish the lost body fluids. If we drink less water how are we going to replace the loss of bodily fluids?

its because water replenish our bodies.. its the one who cleanse our body, remember excretory system, its excretes all the dirt inside our body with the use of water.. and also water can bring oxygen which makes cell and anti-bodies a lot more active.. what will happen if we drink less water?? of course we will be dehydrated or we can get disease easily because our body is full of dirt that are not cleanse by water(i don'y actually mean that its the water who cleanse it but the process of excretory system).

Drinking lots of water helps keeps your body hydrated and better able to fight off the illness. If you drink less water, you get dyhydrated and fatigued. It lowers your resistance to be able to fight off the illness.

I think it will cool down our body temperature. Water also serve as cleansing function. Our body needs replacement of water when we are sick.
