I am having a bit of a spring clean in my flat at the moment and I am amazed as to how much rubbish, useless items I have bought thinking , Oh that will come in handy. Or, that will save lots of time etc etc.
Please tell me I am not the only person who has been fooled by the advertisers promising such an 'easy life' , or ' how did you ever manage without one' type of gadgets.
I think most of these items were bought when I moved into my first home away from my parents.
Dont be shy, I just know everyone has bought a gadget that they have used ONCE and then sent it right to the back of the cupboard. I admit I have done this on more than one occasion so there is no need for you to hide the fact.
Come on give everyone a laugh, we all need one.

Hey , I remember the Sinclair ZX81 computer, it had the worst keyboard ever invented. Sir Clive Sinclair had alot to answer for for that one. I had a ZX Spectrum 48K. LOL . 48K of memory awesome. LOL
I was only young and it did have some addictive games to play like Jet Set Willy and Manic Miner , I can still remember the tune on that one.
There's more computing power in my mobile phone now than in that computer.
I think Sir Clive's biggest mistake was inventing that horrific electric bike thing. I think it was called a C5. I would have rather walked to school with my mum than go on one of those three wheel horrors. LOL
Thanks for the memory, just great, made my day.

Yes I know the feeling, I must have one of those, (everyone will have one soon, LOL). As long as you had some enjoyment out of actually paying for it, then it was not a complete waste of money.
The worrying thing for me is, I will probably buy some other useless article for all the wrong reasons.
Who cares, just have fun and enjoyment in life.
