what do you really want to be?

Once, an Australian friend of mine asked me three questions which made a very deep impression on me. The first question was: "If there is no human in this universe, what do you want to be?" I replied without much thinking: "I want to be a wild horse." He then asked me the second question: "If there is no human and no animal, what do you want to be?" I told him after some thought: "I want to be a fire." He only smiled and asked me the third question: "If there is no human, no animal and no fire, what do you want to be?" The third question made me think hard, because I did not know what I really want to be after being a wild horse and a fire. After several minutes, I told him I want to be a coral. He then told me what the questions represent. The first shows how a person wants to live her/ his life. The second shows how other people see you. The third is what you really are. Based on my reply to those questions, he summarized that I want to live my life like a wild horse; free, no rules, no boundaries. However, other people see me like a fire; warm and bright to those who need it and treasure it, but dangerous and harmful to those who are careless and take it for granted. You can guess what he told me of who I really am. He told me that in reality I am like a coral; strong yet fragile, easily broken and carried away by the current. Until now, I remember this conversation I had with my friend because I feel they are the closest in describing who I am. You can start answering those three questions honestly.

If there is no human in this universe, I would like to be a bird. I would like to explore the world that God had created. I want to make friends with other creatures be in in water, land or air. I want to be free and be where I wanted to be. That is why I always envy the birds when I look up in the sky and wishing I can be one day, one of them. If there is no human and no animal, I would like to be a plant, maybe a flower plant like what my name suggest. I would like to be attractive and give beauty to the world around me.If there will be no human, no animal, and no plants, I would like to be a water. Water do travels as well and it ends up in ocean. I can say that I really love to travel and wanting to be free and live my life as I dreamed it to be. I love to meet people and discover what my purpose really is.
