If this saying will be applied in our life, what would be the outcome? Is evil be eliminated?.
In our society around the world 24/7 evil things are occurring, rape here, killings there, and broken homes everywhere.

Yes it is. If you will just let your carnal self rule over your life. If you will just let your sinful mind rule over your good and positive mind.
