Working while listening to music?

I am alone now at home and I am thankful that I have less works. I made my household chores faster since I listened to my gave songs while working. I wasn’t able to take notice of the time and I need to cook for dinner gain. This is one of my rare moments at home when I am just alone and had all the liberty to do what I want. I have observed that things get done that quick when I listened to some music which I consider as pleasant. How about you?have you experienced this too?

Yes, I clean homes and offices and I listen to music on my iPhone. I think it makes me work faster, or at least it feels like the time goes faster. It definitely makes the work more enjoyable.

Hi flagella! I like working while listening to music also. Some people might find it distracting, but it's the opposite for me. When I'm working on the computer, I need some music because when it's too quiet, I get fidgety and it seems I can't focus on what I'm working on. Same goes to when I'm cleaning, too. Yup what you said about household chores being done faster while listening to music is the same for me. It's more fun singing a favorite song with all your heart while scrubbing and cleaning!

I often listen to music while cleaning, especially if I have to do dishes. Having an up-beat tune to sing or dance along to really does make the time and chore go by more quickly, and it sure makes it a lot less chore-like!

As far as I am concerned, I think I am a music lover, who will usually listen to music in the daily life. For me, whnen i am at work, I think I will try my best to turn on the music player to play some mucsic ,which I think can contribute a lot to my work . I can be full of energy to do my job then.I usually enjoy it a lot of fun.

I find that time goes faster when I listen to music, so working when listening seems to make things go faster, too. It sure lightens the day to be able to do that. I can't listen to it when I'm "at work" because it disrupts my thoughts, but when I'm working around the house, yes, I do listen.

Yes I do that all the time, listening to music while doing some chores to the extreme volume. That if you would listen from the outside, loud noise you could hear. Even while doing my online routine, but in a mellow mode with headseat; I still listen through youtube, I love listening the songs of Heritage singers. Their song is so uplifting. Try to listen it.

Yes, I am privileged to be able to listen to music at my desk job, which gets rather mundane at times. It's nice to be able to pass the time by listening to whichever music catches me at the moment. I also listen to (and play) music at home as often as possible. I love music!

Music helps a lot. I do think I work better when music is on. What I do think about it is that music that we find pleasing keeps us more relaxed and focused to do a certain task. It also "distracts" us from unwanted attention like cars on the road, etc. It kinda gets us into the mood.
