Yes you can use any bank account with paypal :)

Is this for mylot? If it is, you'll have trouble with it because mylot pays directly through your name and the bank wouldn't accept the money if the account isn't under your name. There are many banks who issue ATMs or DEBIT CARDS at low costs. You should avail of those instead of using someone else's name or account.
