The thing with exercise is you can't spot tone so in other words you can't lose weight just where you want it. You can tone up the muscles but if fat covers the muscle it's kinda defeating what your doing. I know from experience trying to tone up my belly that my stomach muscles are toned but the layer of fat over it needs to be lost first in order to show it off. So all you really need to do is half an hour of high energy cardio exercise at least three times a week. This will help you lose weight from across your whole body where your body feels it's necessary. It may only be an inch here and there but it will soon add up and that's how I managed to lose just over a stone last year. Hope this helps a little and good luck with the exercising.

I haven't ever been able to get rid of my back fat. Even when I was my skinniest weight ever, I still had some back fat. In my case, it has to be completely genetic. I've grown to accept that fact and not worry about it so much.

HI Lillybelledaisyrose I used to have some back fat I did some cardio exercises and used some light weights and did shoulder flies about 3-4 times a week however when I put on my bra I still have spots where the skin can overlap but thats with just about anyone some places in your body unless your really really think or toned your going to have some areas that have a bit more fat on them than others that is a trouble spot of us women try wearing a bra that fits your cup size and not to tight around the waist band of the bra when things are tight skin and fat with definitely over hang

i ma guy but i wanna help you, it is common to women to have fat on her lats and triceps (common fat storage corner in womens body) your goal first is lose weight then lose fat later, lose weight is done by burning more calorie by doing cardio exercise and eat less, while lose fat is burning more calorie but this time you need to eat right amount of macronutrients (a good source of protein, complex carbs and EFA)...

I have these too. I actually never had back fat untill I had my second baby almost 8 months ago. I try to excercise and eat healthy. side stretches may help too. I guess it just needs time to see results but and long as your are losing weight it will show someday...

Sadly whilst you can spot-tone muscle groups, you cannot spot-reduce fat in specific areas (short of surgical measures like lipo). So the only way you can tackle this area concerning you is to reduce fat all over ie lose weight - reduce calorie intake and up your cardiovascular activity. All ends up coming down to diet and exercise at the end of the day, I wish there were a better/easier/quicker answer, but in years of trying I've never found one! Re the back rolls thing though it really really is worth going for a proper bra fitting. Especially if you are someone whose weight has fluctuated a lot over the years, you could be in entirely the wrong size... if you go for a professional fitting, with trained fitters, in any big department store or specialist lingerie outlet, they will give you invaluable advice about dressing for your shape from the inside out - this will make everything you wear look and fit better - which will make you feel better about yourself and more confident Good luck!
