What is your favourite genre of music?

All of us have different tastes of music. Some of us like classical like Mozart , pop like Britney spears , rock , emo , metal , traditional... The list goes on. So I ask all you Mylotters: What is your favorite genre of music?
To start off: my favourite genre is thrash metal :/ Bands like bullet for my valentine make me wanna rock out and start head banging. OHH YEA! :)

I like Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Blues Rock.
Bands like AC/DC, Whitesnake, Dio, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, ZZ Top, Eric Claspton, Fleetwood Mac (Original line-up), Pink Floyd, Anthrax, W.A.S.P., Twisted Sister, Alice Cooper among others...

Metal huh, I remember as a callow youth arriving at a small shabby venue in London, one of those sessions with many bands playing and going on all night. None of the bands where famous at the time, except the one we had gone to see but they were soon to be eclipsed by one of the, at the time unknown, support groups, Iron Maiden.
I like a bit of Celtic Fusion m'self amongst other things or a good sea shanty
