the recent article on tiger woods' scary future brought to mind what my grandmother and aunt told a cousin of mine who was just a teenager: gambling and mistresses are bad luck. now that am grown up i realized they're not bad luck really. they are harbingers of bad karma. bad luck is sort of unexpected. bad karma is a sure one to come. what do you think?
