Binay vs Roxas

Who do you think will win between Binay and Roxas? It looks like Binay is leading, but Roxas is still hopeful. Do you think the manipulation of the votes to make Roxas win, in the Visayas and Mindanao is true? Who do you think is less corrupt between the two?

I don't want to say who is corrupt or who will be corrupt later in the day, but personally, my original plan was to vote for Binay because of the many things he has done in Makati especially in health, education and senior citizens. And my urge became stronger when Chiz endorsed him as 'my vice president is not an illustrado'. But on election day, I change my mind because I know that if Noynoy wins the presidency, he will surely take care of Binay (maybe giving him a cabinet post) so he can still pursue his plans just like what he did in Makati. And then I go on with a Mar on my ballot.

hi alexies, I think MAR roxas votes are still coming up. I don't know if either of them cheated but if they manipulated the results of the PPCV votes that will be the lost of the philippine goverment not us.. I don't think some people from mindanao or in the visayas would do the manipulation... because people nowadays would not want to sabotage the their 6 years... hahaha

I think whoever wins will have a very slim margin of winning, and both Roxas and Binay has an even chance of making to the 2nd top position in government. But with regards to manipulation of votes, I am quite sure that PPCRV will not let this happen especially with their own tally, for they will not agree to have the Catholic church tainted with cheating, corruption and manipulation.

I like both Binay and Roxas and almost voted for Binay but I chose Roxas at the last minutes. This was because I believe that NoyNoy will give Binay a cabinet post were he can continue the programs he started in Makati. And I believe that both men are good men that can very well help the President make the Philippines a prosperous country in no time.

Based on the number of votes, Binay is leading. 8 hundred thousand votes are a lot and Mar would have a hard time catching up. If the trend continues, Binay would likely be our next VP. On the question of corruption, i don't think both are corrupt. The issue is not how corrupt they are since i have not of heard any controversies of corruption as far as Mar is concerned. Besides, he's already too reach to corrupt. On the other hand, there are a lot of cases filed against Binay on his alleged corruption while he was still mayor of makati but the courts have so far dismissed all cases for lack of evidence. I guess it would boil down on how each candidate would protect his own interests. For mar, i have not heard of any family member that's into politics. But Binay has a son whose the newly voted mayor of Makati and a daughter whose the congresswoman. So i guess, i will have to watch out more for Binay since what he has is a typical political dynasty.

Who is corrupt? can't tell or judge, both has a good track records but as long as I am concerned then it would be nice if Binay wins... to see if he can do it as he has done on Makati City. how I wish....

Actually he don't need to manipulate the votes to win since his vote counts are very close to Binay's vote counts, Roxas still a chance to win since there are still votes that has not yet been counted so who knows maybe on the next day they're tie braking or Roxas counts exceeds Binay's counts.
