google adsense and getting traffic for people to sign up under your referal

has anyone ever used google adsense? if so, did you actually get paid? also, are there like any ways a person can open up a free domain, have it posted on the internet so people can find your site and get people to sign up under a referal from you from this site? I hope I won't get in trouble by the staff here by asking this question!

not me, i have applied three times and rejected in all of them, so i used bidvertiser instead. But i know that they do pay.
I suggest you to open a site on n.nu yes its free, i have my own site over there, very easy to used. You can write any kind of content you like except p**n of course.. and yes you can place your banner and referral link, this is what exactly im doing. Just check out my site.
