Meccer USB V.90 56k Modem not picked up by PC

I have a modem that I have been using for the past 2 or 3 years without any problems.
I had to re-install windows on my pc, and now the PC does not pick up the modem. Is there something that I should do else than restarting windows. I do not have any connection with the net from my home pc now.

Could anybody help me with the site where I could download the software? I cannot remember recieving a CD when I bought the modem. I have replace my PC about 3 months ago and did not require a CD to use the modem.

You should have a disc that came with the modem that has the drivers for it. Disconnect the modem from your computer, reboot the computer, then run the setup program on the CD. After setup is done, plug the modem back in and it should find it without any problems.
