Microworker. Is it safe? and how to reach the payout.

Im new in the microworker. Is it safe to put your real name? and will it be privacy? Yesterday, I spend less than 20 mins. And I already earnd $0.38. Unfortunetly I cannot do anything their also. Because my blog is N/A PR. I cannot believe why my blog cannot have a traffic. hard to say it.. but I really want to earn money in the blog. Can somebody help me. step by step.. or any technique you can share with me.

I really find this site as too slow.... I could not find an interesting thing to accomplish in here. So I stopped a long time ago in here already. I just lost interest in accomplishing tasks in here.

then what is your primary income right now here in the online. I really want earn money in the online due to less of income in present job. I really need to earn alot to pay my tuition.
