What are you doing in life to stay healthy?

Are you eating right, getting enough rest, exercising on a daily basis? I am definitely not eating the best but I do trying to make sure I do some form of exercise on a daily basis.....

I've tried making some small changes to my lifestyle that make me healthier. I like eating those Smart One's meals...the beef ones are the only ones I eat but at least they're healthy for me! lol. I also have been drinking more lemonade then soda, and I eat fruit as snacks. I don't eat as many sweets as I used too. I also do some small things so I get exercise into my life. Instead of waiting to go to the mailbox only when I need to drive somewhere, I just walk to it whenever I need to instead. And when I go to school I park way back in the parking lot so I have to walk more before and after school.

How does the Smart Ones taste to you?

Well I am a picky eater, so I only eat the beef Smart Ones, but I do like them a lot. I don't like potatoes but I LOVE the one's in the beef Smart One's meal! I even eat the cooker carrots (which I usually hate) and the green beans! I think it's the sauce in the meal that I like. The only things I CAN'T eat in the meals are the onions lol.

hi ndubose hi again. well I try to eat right but really I am at the mercy of the cooks here at Gold Crest as to what I am served and its not too often foods that are good for diabetics. but I try to supplement with more healthy food occasionally. and today I had to run up and down stairs three times and I am still huffing and puffing from it. I do need to take some kind of exercise daily.

I know how that goes with the diabetic food my mother is a new diabetic so we are gradually changing our lifestyle....

I am eating right and drinking plenty of water. I use to go to the gym a few days a week, but now that i am working double time to get these websites up i have not gotten a chance to go to the gym. I am going to get back into the gym because it's important for me to keep my health on the top of my list of important things to do

I see to it I have good sleep 8 or 7 hours a day. Have good exercise in early morning routine schedule possibly twice a week. Eat good food more on veggies and less meat. No vices, less worries and enjoy my life positively.Enjoy my community in good harmonious relationship.

I eat more vegetable, fruits, chicken and I can not forget my V8 Juice. Plus I do my morning exercises . Snow
