There's a fish adobo? I have never tasted one before. hehehe. Anyway, I love eating adobo, my all time favorite is the liver and gizzard adobo. Yum. Though I must admit, I don't know how to cook Adobo. I tried once but it was really bad and I guess I was traumatized that I never tried cooking it again. LOL. Maybe one of these days I would cook one again, so I can cook for myself and I can bring it to office for lunch. Argh. This discussion is making me hungry..

Ahhhh. I have to go and research on that, cause this is the first time I have heard of fish adobo. Hehehehe. Anyway, Ingkingderders is my nickname. Hehehe. It's kinda long, but my siblings coined it and I have no idea where it came from. LOL.

hi neh357 I am not filipino but my tablemate is and she shared a large portion of chicken adobo with me. I had never tasted any chicken dish before that was so good. I really enjoyed that very much . the flavor of the marinade was absolutely delicious. I had never eaten adobo chicken before and it was really surprisingly delicious.

Adobo a spanish word for sauce or marinated. Every Filipino loves this dish coz it has a unique distinctive taste and the aroma that will make someone hungry. My favorite kind of adobo is the chicken liver adobo or "adobong atay". It's not only good for the mouth but also good to control one's cholesterol in our body because it's folic acid. Last thing, I think my "GF" got my heart through "her" special way of cooking Adobo.I think you know what I mean right? ;-)
