Hi! I take vitamin C 500 mg everyday. I think it helped me increase my resistance against sickness because before I used to catch cold easily, but when I started taking up Vitamin C, I rarely get sick. Plus I have read that its good for the skin too, it has antioxidants that help delay the signs of aging. This is one vitamin that I cannot live without.

I think taking vitamin C is very helpful in keeping the cold away. I don't remember the last time I was sick and if I start to feel a little funny I right away take a 1000 mg of Vitamin C in powder form in a glass of water and I'm good to go. I think its great in pill, powder or food source in keeping the cold and flu away.

Vitamin C - Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid
Yes of course.. It helps to strengthen our immune system. it will help our anti-bodies to function well.. i drink "Sodium Ascorbate" as my Vitamin C because "ascorbic acid" is acid based so i replaced it with "Sodium Ascorbate" that is acid free. You could also try "Calcium Ascorbate" which has Calcium in it and of course Vitamin C.. Vitamin C also helps to repair our skin.

hi? i think it is helpful, for me i'm taking vit c for almost 2 years now. since then i never get cold. in taking vitamins we are aware on that, make sure that you have colsulted your physician. There are some brand of vit c that make us allergy, be careful on that. we are not also dependent on vitamins that we are taking, make sure that we eaten enough foods (vegetables and fruits). Complete rest and exercise for you to be healtheir.
