monarchy or republic?

i'm also in a republic (Republic of the Philippines) state.. i there is two types of monarchy the Absolute and the Constitutional... if your talking what's the best... i think monarchy is the better... because in modern world queen, king, and other royalties are treated by the people as a special ones.... the royal will think that she/he is already contented in her/his life... so the possibility is to serve the her/his sovereign better...
