Do you even look at the Ptc links or just wait til confirmed??

Most of the time, I don't even look at them. I just wait til it's confirmed and move on to the next one. Which makes me wonder how much benefit the companies actually get from having these click looks. What do you think? Do you really look at and check out the site? Ever signed up for a site that you visited from a ptc link?
