Who got the coolest voice in RnB and HipHop music industry?

For me, i would choose NeYo in RnB, i love his voice, and for HipHop, i love the unique voice of Lil Wayne, such a cool sound.

I like listening to Neyo, Chris Brown, and Beyonce. I just don't know if they are really the coolest ones around, but I love them.
