My Double Posting Problem

I apologize to the members and also to the admins for some of my double posts, the double posts were not intentionally done. My internet connection is very crappy here and always disconnects. When im posting a response or a discussion, when the internet disconnects and reconnect it again, i refresh the page wherein i was posting, unaware that my post was already successful. This usually happens since my connection is unstable, i apologize.
