the fact that you have a dynamic IP doesn't mean that they again can not understand who you are. Even if you have a dynamic ip, you have an IP range provided by your ISP. SO they can and they do know that if an IP from that range is logged that means it's you.

sagar: ISP is Internet service Provider. It's the company that gives you internet kiran: although the range is big, the match with the IP and the physical address of your network card do the job. Yes, they can detect easily the fact that you use proxy.

Hello kiran, Use private navigation : all cookies are cleaned when you close your browser. It is better to play with your dynamic IP than to try to download with a proxy. Note your IP each time you connect to do this task (http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/ may help). Web public proxies have often a download limit (size or time), so you will have to test them before and will loose some time. The most complete list is at http://proxy.org/proxies_sorted2.shtml They are sorted by IP in this list, as many proxies are using the same IP.

you can go to www.itshidden.com follow the set up intructions for your operating system, and when ever you connect to it, your ip is hidden... its free!!! it acts like a network conection so you just add to your networks like where your internet supplier is listed, and just connect to it when you want to hide.
