Kicking it old school, black and white style!

Do any of you still own black and white televisions?
A friend of mine bought one from a yard sale a few weeks ago. He hooked up his Nintendo to it, and we played double dragon for a while. It was kinda fun, so we decided to try and play more modern video games on it, just to see what it would be like.
Playstation 3, and Xbox 360 games on a black and white tv are not nearly as fun as I thought it would be.

It's been a very long time since I have seen a working black and white television set. I used to have a small portable black and white telly in my bedroom when I was young, but the picture quality was never that good. Thank god for modern technology and great big plasma televisions. I admit I do enjoy watching some old black and white movies but I think that is more to do with the storyline rather than the colours.
You should keep hold of the old telly as it may be worth some money in a few years time.

Wow! I hadn't even thought about a black and white tv in a long time! I had one when I was a kid. They also used to come with the little dials to adjust the horizontal and vertical lines so it wouldn't scroll while you were watching it.
