How to remove noise from photos?

I have a digital camera and I take photographs using it. I taken more than 50 photos at marriage ceremony. It was a day when I was taking photographs. The sunlight was coming from the opposite side of me and I was only able to take photos from the same side. Because of the sunlight my all photographs have noise over them which does not look good. How can I reduce all the noise from my photographs? Is there any software that automatically does it? I will be glad if you suggest any free software for this.
