What beverages you are fond of in terrible??HEAT!

I would never have an energy drink in the heat. When you are producing energy, you are also producing heat. Heat and Energy just go together. Then all the energy you have will make you want to move around alot, which will get you even hotter. I love cola drinks, but the smart thing to do is drink water. I can't stand water. It sucks. But even I know that you need to drink it when you are hot. Drink lots of it.

Hello, Well my own choice of lquid refreshment when there is good weather and the teparature is high would be plain old ice cold water. It is the most refreshing and the cheapest. Drinking water is also extremely good for your health compared to most other soft drinks. Coke, Pepsi, Lemonade, Energy drinks etc are nice and enjoyable from time to time but they all have added sugar or additives which dont make them a healthy option. A nice long ice cold glass of water will do me just right. Have a great day here in myLot.

Ice coffee with lots of ice. i can drink a pitcher of that.

for me, iced cold water will do. Sometimes there is that urge to drink soft drinks like regular coke or iced tea, but i resist this and just stick to water! cheers and happy myLotting!
