Pork chop - Breaded pork chop
You don't need to burn your hand every time you cook pork chop.It pops up because it contains some water in it. The best way is to make sure your pork chop is well drained before putting it in the pan and also make sure you have added sufficient breading to make it really crispy. Hmmm yummy!

Wear gloves everytime you cook pork chop. That way you won't be burned. Or you can try to turn down the stove and slow roast it instead. The oil won't pop out if you try it. That's what i do whenever i cook anything. :)

I would say that you have your pan too hot or that the pork chops have a lot of water in them that reacts with the oil
