Sad news - MyLot loads slower than 90% websites in the internet - Alexa report !

I am not criticizing mylot . This is just the statistics from alexa ( I have also put the screen shot ). Ya , I have experienced it . Pages in MyLot loads quiet slowly as compared to other sites . Till now I thought that my internet connection was slow but it was not . But I know that mylot requires some time to add new servers because the number of users are increasing every day . So it can't be the fault of myLot . But I feel sad for seeing a negative comments about MyLot .
But slow loading doesn't anyway reduce the way i use MyLot . MyLot is the greatest . And also a good news - The Alexa ranking for MyLot has increased from 5000s to 4993 . This is a indicator that mylot is becoming more and more popular . I am sure one day , MyLot will challenge Facebook for its 1st Alexa ranking . LONG LIVE MYLOT !

hi beachdunne I thought it was not my computer as every place else really loads fast even with my old 2000 myjackrabbit cable loads super fast every place but mylot. but I still work here and love my mylot for all it gives to me, friendship, learning new things, and earning enough to pay my internet bill each and every month. lol it is sad as if mylot could speed up the loading we would all fare better in our earnings but still mylot to me is the greatest. I do not want to go to facebook at all. too much junk goes on there for me. I love my mylot.

I never observed mylot to be slow unless the internet speed is a trifle slow.However I noticed it getting stuck when submitting posts.Not being able to wait longer I refreshed the page due to which either I lost some posts or got posted the same discussion twice.Other than this I don't think anything otherwise about mylot speed.Further, as an ardent lover of myLot I understand the pains it takes either to process the material from over a 2,00,000 people and also the complex payment calculations it does.Anyway Kudos myLot!

So , that is the same problem with me . I too refreshed the pages many times . Is there a solution for it ?

lol i dont think anysite could compete with facebook, its too popular...if you only you could get paid for being on facebook i would be very rich indeed. Sometimes i find that loading a page on here is a little slow but its never annoyed me so its ok for now

Ya, I have noticed that Mylot does take me quite a while to load up as compared to the other more popular social networking sites. But I still enjoy being a part of this community. I hope that doesn't affect the people's opinion of this great site.
