I am 62kgs and 5'2". Do I look plump? I still can wear 'L'size cloths. My previous and healthy weight is 45kgs that is around 100lbs when I m 14. But then since I got depressed, I gain weight because when I m sad I eat more. Every night, after dinner I would eat 2 slice of bread with butter. Later I ate more when I am 19 onwards. I would eat snacks after every meal like potato chips and drank coke. I have tried to lose until 50kgs dieting without eating oily and meat. But that only lasts for 1 month. After that, I gain my weight back. What types of dieting I need actually? I have think of swimming to gain muscles instead of flab.

Well at 5ft2 and weighing 62kg you are actually only just above a healthy weight, with a BMI of just 25, you are only just about into the "overweight" catagory. You only need to lose 2kg which is only around 7lb (or half a stone), to be the correct weight for your height!!! If you are concerned about your weight, you should NOT "diet" as these tend to mean you will put weight back on when you stop the fad diet! You are much better eating healthier, it is a lifestyle change and not a "diet" for a few months!!! You need to go to see a dietician who will give you a healthy eating plan.

Hello! I think you just have to change your style of living and that's it! No eating after 18.00 or at least 19.00. Try to be more active, every day try to do something active even if it is a little bit- so I guarantee, at the end you will see results and even don't think that you can get back after such regimeee to coke and oily potatoes! We live just once and why not to live with beautiful figure! If you have a baby, you try to give to him only the best then why not treat yourself with just the best??? Good luck! Additionally, I am trying to loose 10 kg - I know it is hard! Because I have lost only maybe 1 kg since 3 month....

I love swimming! But right now the water in my pool is too cold to swim in, which sucks! Do you have a dog? Something else that helps me exercise is having a dog to go running/jogging/walking with. Something else I do so I get some exercise in is I do a couple rounds of the Cha Cha Slide (I add some cardio moves from my sisters exercise video into it too--I also hold 5 pound weights in each hand during the whole thing). It's just something fun to get you moving, better than doing nothing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BnFGsXzT3Y&playnext_from=TL&videos=C6B9JrnfJgE You can't go wrong with fruits and vegetables! Okra is really good (jarred or the frozen kind that you cook). The Yoplait Light yogurts are really good...MMM...there are tons of different flavors and I LOVE most of them...strawberry short cake, red velevt cake, strawberry sunrise, key lime pie...tons and tons! I really like the smart one meals...well actually i only eat ONE kind! lol I am a very picky eater so I only eat the 'home style beef pot roast.' It comes with, well beef--then carrots, green beans, onions, and potatoes. Now NORMALLY I don't like cooked carrots, or potatoes--I LOVE the ones in the Smart Ones meal. Anyways...you could look into those (you will probably like more flavors then I do lol). http://www.eatyourbest.com/product/home-style-beef-pot-roast.aspx I hope I've helped you!!!!
