Mexican Food for Picky Eaters

I moved to Mexico and I'm asking all of you myLotters for advice :). I am a very picky eater and I need suggestions on what to eat that is good and won't upset my delicate stomach. I love tacos dorados and flautas, so anything that you know of from Mexico that I will enjoy or would be good for me to try, please let me know. (Talking authentic Mexican food here people, not Taco Bell or anything you can get in the United States)

I would think most mexican food would be hard on a delicate stomach. Enchilladas are my fave. I have never had anything from there but we do have a few mexican restaurants here run by mexicans. My grandson likes the cheese & rice dish they serve. I bet that would n't hurt you. it's pretty blah to me i like spicy things altho sometimes they don't like me, lol.

Great advice. I love the cheese they have here, Oaxaca cheese is the best! Some hot sauces are okay with my stomach. There is a great one here called valentina.
