Do you know the method to reduce your stress ?

Hi my friends, do you usually have a lot of stress in your daily life now? Do you know some methods to reduce your stress? How to reduce the stress in our life? As far as i am concerned, I think with the so rapid development of our society, our life become more competitive. At the smae time the burden in our heart can be so heavy with the time goes by. So do you have some better ways to solve the stress in our life now?

First of all, you should recognize what are the common factors that cause you stress. Second, if you are able to reccognize it, you should know how to avoid it, and if it is unavoidable circumstances, you should know how to handle it properly. Stress matter on how you reacted on stressors.

hi,friend,Stress become common in our life,as hungry,sleep.....so i decided to treat stress also part of life.First i identified the major stress causing situations/incidents and try to void/ready face it with nomal mind... Hungy-satisfied wih food. Sleepyness-sleep timely Stress-Face it with self confidence. If we are weak,we can go for yoga,meditation.

Stress results from our reaction to our physical or emotional circumstances. Since we cannot control emotions, it follows that we alone can get rid ourselves of the stress which besets our life. We have the option to channel our energy towards right activity. Have less worry if you cannot carry out all the tasks planned. Use time in a worthwhile way. Be realistic of your capabilities. Don't torture the mind by thinking of your problems. Live one day at a time. Being too ambitious in life is going to give us a stressful life.
