Is it good or bad to look younger than your real age?

I am now 18+ and begin to work,but people usually tell me that i am just like a young boy who is much less than 18 years old and they usually treat me like a kid. What is worse, when i apply for a job people do not hire me just because i look too young and they don't believe that i am already 18 years old. Sometimes i am wondering it is a wrong thing to look much younger than my real age. Isn't it good to look young?

well it depends. if youre already old then you luk young, its good. but if you are young then u look younger, then its bad. you know wat that is also my problem.im going to be a 4th year high school student then people are shocked when i told them that because i look like a first year high school student. and i hate. super.
