Paid To Promote and CPM based sites?

I need some legit website offering more CPM rate and PTP sites.
And the Paid to promote should allow to promote their PTP link to anywhere and any website.

Im very happy using Donkeymails, they have no requirements where you can promote the site beside for the autosurfs are not allowed but regular surf engines are okay.

I checked the sites you mentioned. Still they have PTP program but CPM rate is 0nly $0.20. Anyhow i will try that too. And Thanks for sharing the information with me.
