Need suggestion and ideas for online business

Hello friends I am just thinking to start an online business . Even though I developed and done a website. but people are not more active in that. I am just thinking to develop some "Get paid to chat" but the thing is we cannot pay much to everyone. What I have done in my previous site everyone can earn but none is active. So thinking to change the site into GET paid to surf website. you may chk my profile for the link of my previous site.
