Traffic for Shortened URLS

Hey guys, i would love some help with this or some advice, anything comes good. Recently i joined the url shortner "adf.ly" but can't seem to find an efficient way to promote the link because some traffic sites say that it breaks their navigation frame. I've posted the link on the forum profile but would love it if you could help me out some more and tell me about more ways to promote my link. Thank you very much in advance!
