Contraceptives or abstinence in school

I know there are schools out there that provides day care in school ground for teen mothers but I actually haven't heard or seen a school where I live that enforce contraceptives in class. I haven't heard of day care in my state but I sure have heard of other schools do like in the mainland. Which would you prefer for schools to have? The day care or hand out contraceptives? In my opinion, I would go for the protections, I mean either way, they both are promoting to teens to go and do it. With the day care, they can go on and do it and say "heck my kid can be in school while im in school." With the contraceptives, they USE protections at least. There is no way we can prevent teens from doing it today. No matter how hard parents try, they will always try it once if not twice. Only a few probably enforce what their parents tell them about abstinence.
