I need 500 signups for a website... Please help...

You can try minuteworkers.com. They will give you $1.00 bonus for signing up which you can use to create jobs at minuteworkers. I was able to get 10 referral sign-ups there for free, I just use the $1 bonus they gave me to create 10 sign-up jobs ($0.10/sign-up). You can invest $49 + the $1 bonus to create 500 sign-ups. The only downside is - don't expect all the 500 sign-ups to be active. In my experience only 2 became active - out of the 10 that signed up for the job.
