They said men are born to be liars but mostly women are pathetic liars.
It is not with preference but we human being are liars. Whether it is white lies or black lies, it is all the same, committed by a liars like us.

Maybe they said that men are better liars because they stuck firmly with their tale without taking back unlike women they tend to withdraw their stories coated with lies at once.

No questions the answer is both! but, if we must choose women's! Women's naturally know how to hide things better then men. Ironically, we are more emotional. But, the answer is women!
