Does anyone know neobux security sign up? =========== Neobux TOS: 2.8. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer views advertisements, all of those account will be permanently suspended. =========== Does it mean that they record the mac address of the computer which is used to sign up?

When it appears at your spam folder, usualy the neobux's registration page has expired. You need to sign up again.

The mac address is recorded and sent across the internet with your IP address. Yes, that is a secure way to know if your using the same computer for different accounts. IP address's are also recorded, thing is yes you ISP will assign them dynamically but they are within a confined address's assigned to your network. They can use these as well, see when your computer is given its IP it is still going through the same IP address at the router/switch/modem/hub, that stays the same. The only IP that changes for security reasons is the one you use with your computer. It helps to keep hackers from getting into your computer through portals that are open. Doesn't mean they still can't try, they do. That is why it is important to scan your computer for virus's/trojans/worms. Plus, clean cookies/temp files often.

But what about people with dhcp. You can't control what happened with Ip beaffore you get it and you can't control what will happens with it after you disconnect.

It seems as if they do. I have got more than one internet access options, but with same laptop. I registered myself as my older account`s referral using the new IP but with same laptop i.e. with same MAC. I ran one account on chrome and other on IE. So, there was nothing going to cause trouble. But, within two days, my new account was banned for making multiple accounts on same computer. Certainly, there could have been no way other than recording MAC address. They may be using the remote ARP resolution to acknowledge back the resolved MAC to restrict multiple accounts from same machine, not just same IP.

Yes. The IP address of every member is logged. You cannot have two people using the same computer both having accounts on NeoBux. One account, per computer (per IP address). Hope that helps. -dm
