Do you take care of your eye glasses?

Do you put them in a eye glass case at night or do you just leave your glasses anywhere? I have known myself to put my glasses just about anywhere when I go to bed! On a table,a chair, leave them in the bathroom,on the stove or by the phone! I have done that so much with glasses I end up knocking them off where ever they are! Resulting in stratches on the lenses! My last pair I really scratched up the lenses! Now I have a new pair and I have been taking care of them! I don't wear them to my part-time job and I put them in the glass case at night! I need to take better care of my stuff!

I don't put them in a case at night, but I do always put them in the same place, ie on my nightstand next to the alarm clock.

It doesn't help I like to fall a sleep in my chair before I crawl into bed! This is one reason why I put my glasses everywhere! It is a bad habit which I am trying to break with my new ones! I am very surprised the way I do what I do I haven't broke my old pair of glasses! That would not be good breaking them!

I put them on my lap when I'm reading and then they often end up in interesting places. I'm probably lucky I haven't broken mine also.

About 99% of the time, I only wear my eyeglasses when I'm going out, so when I come back home, I often leave them on my desk or dresser in my bedroom. I usually don't put them in the case.
On the rare occasion that I wear them in my house, I might leave them on a table somewhere, but never on the stove! 
The biggest hazard to my eyeglasses is my cat! She has a bad habit of climbing on my desk and taking the eyeglasses

I had started put putting my eye glasses in a case. I then got lazy and now I put my eye glasses just about everywhere when I take them off! Sometimes I get pissd off because when i get up in the morning I can't find them for awhile! Once I could not find my eye glasses for the life of me and it was a week before I found them! Goofy me put them in one of my planters! I should put them back in the case at night so I can find them everytime in the morning! LOL!

I have been getting new eye glasses every two years. My eyes seem to change a little by then and the eye doctor likes me to see him every two years! I also do it because it is a good thing to do. I usually end up knocking my glasses off the toilet tack when I am taking a shower or just washing my face! That is how I got so many scratches on my last pair!

i put my eyeglasses in my case everytime i am not using or wearing them. i cut up an old t-shirt and use as wipes. i spray water on them and use the old t-shirt to dry them. i never clean them without water on them first.

Most of the time I clean my eye glasses with lense spray and water. Then dry them off with a towel. When I am not near water I clean my glasses off with my shirt. I wear mostly t-shirts so I know it is ok to do that! So far no scratches on my new eye glasses!

Honestly, the only time I put my glasses in a case are when I put them in my backpack or laptop back. When I'm at home or if I take them off in my car, I just set them down. I haven't gotten any scratches on the lenses or anything by doing this and they're still in great condition so it doesn't seem to be hurting them in any way.

One of the biggest reasons my glasses end up scratched is they tend to fall on the floor alot! Most of the time in the bathroom! When I wash my face or take a shower I put my glasses on top of the toilet,on the back. No matter what I do I usually end up knocking them on the floor! My last pair are really scratched up! I am surprised I can still see out of them!

I don't put mine in a case when I go to bed, I just put them on my dresser or whatever piece of furniture is next to my bed. When I wear my contacts, I put my glasses in a case and I put the case in my purse, along with my contact lense case and that way I have my glasses with me incase I need to remove my contacts.

I usually leave them face up on my nightstand. I use to be like that with my previoius pair. However I brought two new pair a year ago and have kept one pair in the case and the other either at my desk or on the nightstand when not in use. I only wear them when watching TV, in the car or at the theatre.

Hi,there.I don't take care of my eye glasses all the time.When I take a bath or wahs my hairs I just put them anywhere sometimes it even takes me a lot time to find it.But I like to put my glass case on my bed.I like to read in my bed before I go to sleep.And before I close my eyes,I would like to put my glasses in the case.
