How to make referrals to my PTC sites?

Hi, is there anyone who could teach and help me to have referrals on my ptc sites?(clicksense, BuxP, donkeymail, clockpay,wordlinx, geostrings, etc, etc) I already send emails to my friends, i joined twitter and facebook to share a link. But still up to now, i don't have a referrals. I don't want yet to buy, until i haven't received payments for any of my ptc sites.
