Try the REAL pares mami along espana... their tapsilog is good... I also tried tapsilog in paranaque and its also good. I just forgot the name.

I've been to Espana a lot before but I haven't tried that. Maybe I'll go there once and try their tapsilog. :D

I tried eating tapsilog and It's one of the best to eat for breakfast. I tried eating Tapsilog in Supreme hotel and I can say that it's really good. When I've watched "kay Susan tayo" they featured a restaurant who's specialty was tapsilog near UP as I remember.

I know that restaurant in UP. I've eaten there so many times. Its called Rodic's. Its tapsilog is good but not your usual tapsilog because there tapa is in flakes. :D

Hi there Jugger Ogre!
I have tried Tapsilog from different places but the best one yet was in a Tapsilugan in Bambang. I forgot what the place is called but it's been eight years since the last time that I ate Tapsilog there.

Everytime I hear this Tapsilog, my stomach gets hungry.
I love tapsilog for breakfast. .. But I cannot eat them everyday for it is not good to have fatty intakes always. i also avoid too much egg for it is not good for my health too.

Of course I love tapsilog. Even it the egg is not on top.
I love it with tapa and of course with atchara and there must be a sweet and spicy dip for my tapa of course. And the egg must be cooked perfectly just as in this photo. Hmmm yummy!

I've tasted lots of tapsilogs and all proved to be quite delicious. I've yet to taste one that would really stand out from the rest. I guess the clincher here would be on how tender the tapa is and how right the taste would be. The egg should also be perfect as well as the fried rice.

Ahhh. I love Tapsilog! Though I admit, the best that I have tasted was from TapaKing. Hehehehe. I have not really tasted any better tapa from any other store or restaurant.. Maybe you could suggest something that I can try?
