I'd like the idea of somebody from Hollywood making a NARUTO movie with real life humans as the main character.. They should set up an audition for a Naruto look alike that can pull off the character. Is it a great idea?

It would be interesting to watch Naruto in live-action, although I doubt Hollywood would do justice in adapting it into film. Plus, one thing I love about Naruto is how he speaks. I hope they'd be able to somewhat copy that. Sasuke should be cool, and I would be miffed if they'd get older cast members (like in The Last Airbender). They should be young... well, not all of them, but the younger ninjas should look the right age.

Just the thought of a live-action Naruto movie is scary. I'm not a particular fan of the series but with the track record that Hollywood has with adapting anime or whatever to live-action I wouldn't be surprised if they bombed the whole thing. Just look at the Dragonball movie. It'll probably turn out just like that and that's scary. So, in my opinion, we should just leave things as it is.

Did you watch Dragonball Revolution? What do you think? I personally think it sucks. Watching the guy do the 'kamehame ha' made me LOL. The acting and effects were really mediocre. DB/DBZ is a classic and the Americans screwed it. I pray that Hollywood will not try to turn another anime (especially action type) into a live action movie. If anyone should do it, the Japanese should be the one. Since they are not, the Americans should not do it.

That will be great as long as it doesn't end up like the latest Dragon Ball movie. I think it will be better if the Japanese do it first before Hollywood since they understand him more. If its a success then Hollywood can probably take a shot of it.
