Have someone pay attention to the news lately? There is a prediction that our gasoline price at the pump will be likely to drop this summer. Quite a contrary to our expectation, isn't it? What is the reason behind this prediction; some analyst says that due to the devalue of Euro, and the economic turmoil in the Europe; Also, the China economic development will be slow down during 2010 too, so the demand for barrels of oil will be less. Our reserve will be abundant. So the price of a barrel will be dropped from $80 to $60. Would that be a good news?
So, right now we are at the price of $2.70 per gallon, by the time of summer, it probably will be $1.90 per gallon.

Wow, to me $2.70 is cheap because these days I pay $3.11. It has been crazy here in California. I don't have any real job and I pay for my gas. But I am glad to hear that the prediction shows low price. But you will never know what happens in reality.

I hope this is true. I just heard a headline, but I suppose it was news from earlier this week (Wednesday) about the price of driving your car going up. I'm not worried about it as I am sure it doesn't have anything to do with gas.
I really hope the price of gasoline goes down as that will be beneficial to my husband and I. Though we can drive the car for a week without gas, if it's cheaper it will be better for us.

Gas prices where I am in Florida have been going down for the past week or so and expect to continue to go down. There usually is a drop in the price during the summer as the need for heating oil drops.

I would absolutely love it if that hapened, but I'm not going to get too hopeful. The lowest gas has ever been since I started driving was probably $2.20 give or take a few cents.
I will honestly be shocked if it got down to around $1.90. But it would be amazing to actually happen.

That is awesome. To have the price of gasoline drop to under $2.00 usd would be terrific and I know a lot of people in the US would be very happy. In my state especially, there is so much unemployment and our economy is not picking up like it is in the rest of the US. People struggle for basic things; when the gas drops, the price of transportation of items drops a bit as well, and things are a little more affordable.
However, for those nations who are having difficulty I feel for them. I pray that God will bless the people so they do not suffer without basic needs.
