Is suicide acceptable?

Suicide is defined as the act of intentionally killing oneself. On average , every 40 seconds someone in the world commits suicide, 1.8% of worldwide deaths are suicides and over 1million people die by suicide worldwide each year. Essentially , life is being wasted and it makes you wonder what makes people so sad that they want to end themselves. Some of these people in the statistics are teenagers in 1st world countries. They have food , they have shelter. What makes them go and off themselves?
What are your thoughts on suicide? I want to hear them all. Is it good , is it bad?

Of course not. You should not kill yourself it's a big sin. Even if you do some sins you should not harm yourself.

I think that there are alot of different reasons why people try to kill themselves.The people that do really want to kill themselves are thye ones that do not tell anyone that they are going todo it where as there are the others that do not want to kill themselves that take pills and then ring someone to tell them that they are going to do it as in either they do it for attention like my brother or they do it and then decide that ops no one is coming to save them so they ring the hospital.The thing that upsets me is the people that waste an ambulance and if a person kills themselves the family forever think could they have done something to help them.
