is TheClixWorld turning into a scam?

ive been with them awhile but i never reached payout. if im not mistaken i think they had switched owners because it seems like i remember it being down and i figured then it was a scam and gave up till i got an email they were back up and i started back up and they had less links but did have some.. now they havent had barely any for at least a week but i am also a free member so i dont know if that has anything to do with it. i know the ptc-investigations has put them on alert since the change.. do you think its turning into a scam? if you had an account did you stop trying or are you doing like me and checking every once in awhile to see if it bounces back yet again?
