Need HELP..

Hi, I just bought a GeForce 9400GT Video Card from SPARKLE COMPUTER. I have a ASUS P5VD2-MX Motherboard. My question is my video card compatible with my motherboard? My OS is WIndowsXP SP2.. I have installed the hardware properly, and I also installed the DRIVER (CD) properly.. When I rebooted my unit, blue screen will appear saying something it was stopped to prevent damage to the computer.. When I installed back my old video card Nvidia Geforce 6200LE and its driver, no problem...

Yeah both should be compatible... hmmm not so sure about that but you said you have installed the hardware and driver properly... hmmm but you can try this.. 1.install hardware 2.uninstall all video card drivers 3.do not install driver from cd... instead let windows install a driver (should be automatic) or update it using windows update.. if no update is available.. install cd driver or download latest driver for your video card. =)
