I have recently earned enough money in some PTC as to buy an Apple gadget, but I donĀ“t know if buy and ipod touch of 64 gb or an ipad. I want the ipod because of the memory, but I think the ipad will suit better with me because of its size. Wich one do you think is better as a gadget?

I have an ipod touch, and I do enjoy it when I play on it. I don't have an ipad, but when you compare the two, the ipod is easier to carry around, compared to the ipad. I consider the ipad, just a bigger ipod touch. I imagine you can do more with the ipad though, but I would think that the ipod touch would work just as well. I like the ipod touch for the apps it has. I download and install new games when I see them. I mainly download and install free games, as if something should happen, I wouldn't have to pay for it again. that has happened to me, when I was charging up the ipod on my computer as it was syncking, it went back to the default settings, and I lost all that I had downloaded and installed on it. Needless to say, I am not happy about it as I just hope I don't have to buy them again. I don't know why it went back to the default settings though. I hope that whichever want you buy that it will work for you and you will enjoy it. Take care, and have a very good day.

I think the iPod Touch would be a better gadget, since you can easily fit it in your bag. :p

I prefer my IPod Classic over Ipad.I am not a fan of e-books.I prefer a real book.my Ipod is purely for mobile entertainment.it is where I store my favorite videos, songs, and pictures.if there is a comparison for me,it will be which do I like best, the Ipod or the Archos.

I can't afford either one, but my choice would be the ipad because I'm on the internet 24/7. Sure, I can be on the internet on the touch, but I mean... If I could pick the big screen with plenty more apps and games, compared to a tiny one with fewer capabilities, I would definitely pick the bigger one. If money weren't an issue for me I would already have an iPad lol

I had my ipod touch long before anything was even known about the ipad and I am glad I have it because the ipad is basically a bigger version of the ipod touch. I do not see much that an ipad can do that an ipod touch can't. The only difference to me is the ipad is bigger. I tell people my ipod touch is an ipad nano haha.

Well, I have neither. But my sister has an iPod touch and she absolutely loves it. I don't know anyone who has an iPad yet, as it's a relatively new "gadget" and really expensive from what I hear. I think iPod touch's run around $200, and don't the iPad's cost much much more? So it depends on what's in your budget. I think I would actually rather have a Touch because I enjoy working out - and you can listen to music, go on Wifi, download all kinds of apps, and so on.
