I love almost every fruit but I like to eat most apple, banana, and mango because we take time to eat with my baby and husband. Yesterday, we ate fruits with my baby at the beach. While eating we played together. It made us spent quality time together and becoming healthy. What about you, what fruit do you like to eat? To whom do you share it?

Hi there baby EJ! I also love fruits especially watermelon, ripe mango, strawberry and young coconut for its juice. My husband and I usually share unripe mango with shrimp paste and our son loves bananas and ripe mangoes too. It is great that you spend quality time like that with your family. For our family, Sunday is family day. Yesterday, we started our day by having breakfast together, hearing the Sunday mass and just stayed at home.

whoah! that's great. strawberry is hard to find here. We can find strawberry jam, maybe if there is that would be so expensive.

You brought up two of my favorite things... Fruit and the beach! I live in a place where I can get tropical fruits everyday and I have the beach close to my home . My favorite fruit is mango , juicy ripe mangos ! yummy! I don't share the mangos that come in our house.. I eat them all! I will make a fruit salad to share .

great place! I had also same place before at our province with great white sand. I'm living now in the city but I and my husband still want to have a good atmosphere every weekend so we try to go to beach and have breakfast and lunch.

My family loves eating fruits, that's why we always have fruit at home. We eat it after dinner (as desert) or I make muffins out of over-riped ones. Sometime we snack on them (like with grapes, rambutan and lychees)

When I'm still single I do things like you did to over ripe fruits. I can't do it anymore these days because I often have a lot things to do. I'm missing to do my old activities, basically cooking. have fun and have a great summer time!

Fruits are very healthy but how old is your baby? I am glad your baby is able to chew the fruits you gave to him without fear of indigestion. But the quality bond is there and that is the most important thing for a family. My family likes watermelon a lot as well as mangoes and bananas. What I do is I make a fruit shake when I am at home since they love fruits with milk.

Mine is two. He chews well maybe because at 6-7 months we tried to let him eat rice already. Yeah that's good idea fruits with milk. It'll be more attractive to fellas. Thanks for sharing.

Me and my family always had a fruit for our meal whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My mom would always make sure there's one because she is to cautious on the nutrition that she wants to give us. We usually eat apples, oranges, banana, and mango which is in season here in our country and of course the family's favorite specially my father's favorite which is watermelon. It's best to eat the fruit before meals because it can be easily absorbed by the body by it.
