What do you smoke? are you planning to quit?

Everyday I smoke at least a pack f marlboro lights (gold) and it cost me 35 pesos per day for this habit well at least it's not as much as i used to smoke which was 3 packs a day from 2005 to 2008 I'm striving to lessen it more so that i can just be content with 10 and maybe quit it altogether it's a long way to go and i know self discipline is needed what do you smoke? how many sticks a day? are you planning to quit too?

I started smoking at 13 years old. Young huh? But, anyways I used to smoke Malboro Reds, then I shifted to Malboro Lights golds.It is expensive vice though. But it actually helps relieve stress after exams or when I study. But, yeah I am planning to Quit. But, it seems I need a little push to accomplish just that

I found that it takes huge will to kick the habit out. Nicotine is quiet addicting. WOw, that is 2 years from now. hahahah I wish all the best on that. I think though stopping is like exercising though. Trying = fail. While if you say I WILL QUIT = win!

I smoke half pack a day.And I smoke in the college for the first time.I know it's a bad habit for the health.but i don't quit it now.somking is not only an addiction,also a way to release pressure.

i've been using pressure at work and stress as my reason for still smoking but i plan to stop the excuses as well... i just smoked 19 sticks today wahoo

i am not a smoker, never tried to smoke either. when i met my wife years back she does smoke. now she no longer smoke and i am happy with that. some people makes it easy to quit. they just set their minds and focus on their goal and quit. just like my wife did. she said that she quit and thats it. some people do it gradually. and some just have their own strategy to do it. good for you that you want to quit smoking, its for your own good and for the people around you. hope this link can help you quit smoking. good luck http://www.stop-smoking-tips.com/

I smoke the same brand. I accumulate 1 pack a day. I was suprised when i read that you went up to 3 packs a day. 1 pack is enough for me. Although i'm having trouble stopping. My minimum is ten sticks. What about you?

i went 3 packs a day during the height ofmy band's popularity and recording we were stressed and bored at the same time so 3 packs was nothing for each member

I don't smoke. I could avoid myself from smoking when I was in High School. I knew that smoke is not good for our health, my father told me since I was child. It's very hard to quit when you are addicted, but it's possible. It's need high effort inside from your heart to quit. Maybe you can start to reduce one by one. At the first time, change it with candy for example. Try any activities that make you forget to smoke. Make your self busy so you can forget it. Try reducing the amount if you are already accustomed. After all, it's depend on yourself. Your discipline is absolutely needed. You can't rely on other people to help you quit. You have to make commitment to yourself. Try it gradual. Good luck!

I used to smoking for about a year when I first went to University, because most of my friends smoked too. I was never really addicted though and only smoked about 5 a day and quite weak brands like Silk Cut and Consulate. I gave up straight away when I found out I was pregnant and it wasn't difficult at all. I think it is harder to quit depending on how long you've been smoking and what incentive you have to give up.

well i had smoked a few times due to the pressure of some of my friends.but somehow i dont like it very much so then i didnt think of smoking.But smoking is dangerous to the health.so all smokers please reduce the sticks you usually smoke

i tried to smoke before but i only limit 1 stick a day for a month just to socialize with workmate than be alone during break, i didnt feel any good in it as i only get soar throat after, some says its good for releasing stress but for me theres a lot of ways to release stress than smoke. i able to quite after a month and i have no intention of smoking again its just an added expenses to my pocket yet i cant get any from it but risk to my health.

I used to smoke a lot when I was in my senior year in high school and in college. I used to smoke a lot. I smoke Marlboro lights too. I smoke more than the usual when I'm drinking with my friends. I still smoke, but now, yeah, I'm planning to stop. I'm very determined to stop. I'm actually close to stopping because I only smoke 3 sticks in a week. 4 at most. I don't smoke Marlboro lights anymore. I smoke Marlboro black now. The new menthol one. Of course, smoking is very addictive. And once you became hooked, it's hard to stop. But yes, you're right. It does require a lot of self discipline. And I'm proud to say, I'm almost there. ;) Good luck with your quitting! Stay Healthy.

i seldom smoke... i love the black bat vanilla.. its sweet... i just put a pack in my locker... and sometimes i smoke when we party... i havent smoked for months already though.. and even if i have the urge to smoke, i cant and i wont since im pregnant... :) its good to quit... i dont want to get addicted to it...

i was also smoker when i smoke every day i smoke about 25 a day but when i realise its bad habbit and i want to quit so every week i decrease three in this way i quit and in 6 months i almost quit from smoking and now i'm free from smoking
